We are open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner. We are closed on many major National Holidays to give our staff a well-deserved day off.

MANAGEMENT POSITIONS:

Supervisor, Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager

We seek ambitious professionals and outstanding leaders with exceptional organizational skills, energy, patience and attention to detail. Growth opportunities exist for qualified candidates. Relocation may be required for advancement.

Our Managers are expected to:

  • Complete extensive training and exhibit broad product knowledge.
  • Work the amount of hours necessary to make the business successful.

HOURLY POSITIONS:

Server, Host, Busser, Delivery Driver, Prep Cook, Cook, Dishwasher, Support Staff

Hourly staff work a wide range of hours, including weekends & some holidays. We expect hourly staff to exhibit the following:

  • A drive for excellence and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • A commitment to honor and encourage our team philosophy.
  • Maintain dress, hygiene and safety to the highest standards.
  • Extensive training and broad product knowledge.
  • Dependability and flexibility in scheduling based on store performance and business needs.
