Open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner. We are closed on major National Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter Sunday, and the 4th of July to give our staff a well-deserved day off.

MANAGEMENT POSITIONS: Supervisor, Assistant Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager

We seek ambitious professionals and outstanding leaders with exceptional organizational skills, energy, patience and attention to detail. Growth opportunities exist for qualified candidates. Relocation may be required for advancement. Our Managers are expected to:

• Understand the financial side of the business.
• Be hands-on in work and training, fostering a sense of fun and professionalism.
• Celebrate individual and team contributions, attention to detail and quality.
• Represent MRPCo's reputation inside and outside the restaurant.
• Pursue relationships with business and community leaders.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete extensive training and exhibit broad product knowledge.
• Work an average of 45-60 hours per week.

HOURLY POSITIONS: Server, Host, Busser, Delivery Driver, Prep Cook, Cook, Dishwasher

Hourly staff work a wide range of hours, including weekends & holidays. Expectations for hourly staff include the following:

• Maintain dress, hygiene, and safety to the highest standards.
